Plage Beau Rivage

Granted by the city and with an indoor and outdoor surface of 1600 m2, the Plage Beau Rivage extends over 100 meters of length on the shoreline. Its capacity encompasses 550 people for sit-down meals and 1200 for standing cocktails, offering thus a restaurant with 120 seats that is open throughout the year and providing up to 300 sun beds.

The history of the Plage Beau Rivage

    The creation of the Beau Rivage Hotel, and the beach.
  • 1950’s
    The Plage Beau Rivage becomes the state and the city of Nice’ s concession.
  • 2005
    The repurchase of the Beau Rivage Hotel and the beach by a hotel group from Nice.
  • 2005
    The management of the Plage Beau Rivage is entrusted to the management company of the Beau Rivage Hotel whose main shareholder and manager is Mr. Antoine ATTIA.
  • 2005
    The drawing up of a five-year investment plan to renovate the beach in a chic, uncluttered spirit and to expand the panel of service for our customers.
  • 2006
    First investments: the outdoor floor, furnishings, exterior lighting, the welcome of events of big scale, “white parties”, international conferences, brand launching, business agreements…
  • 2009
    the beach became completely independent from the hotel administration. Our team specialize itself in high-quality services.
  • 2010

    In Mai 2010,80%,of the forecasted investments were finalized.

  • 2010

    On Mai 4th 2010 , the Beach was destroyed by a massive swell that swept away in few hours all the investments and the work of the past four years.

The team spirit, the willingness to rise up again and the desire to satisfy our customers allowed us to turn this hardship into an opportunity. In collaboration with every manager, the beach was redesigned for our customers as much as for our staff members satisfaction. The kitchens, the storages, the indoor area, the customers’ changing rooms, the restrooms and showers and all the furnishings designed for our customers were chosen very carefully in a bid to satisfy our customers while offering a modern and pleasant setting.

A true corporate culture was set to guarantee to the beach and its customers a longevity that passes by constant innovation of our work methods and services for our kind clientele.
